Is your tea really organic?

Yes. Every Everwild tea is certified organic through AsureQuality (cert #0524), sourced from IFOAM-accredited estates around the world.

What does fair trade mean for your teas?

It means the estates we buy from are held to fair trade standards for how growers are paid and treated. We think that matters as much as what's in the cup.

Where are your teas blended?

Hand-blended in New Zealand. We bring in organic leaf from estates overseas, then blend it here with native New Zealand botanicals like manuka, horopito, and feijoa.

Do your flavoured teas contain real fruit?

Our feijoa-flavoured and other fruit teas use natural flavouring rather than real fruit pieces, blended with our organic base teas. We'll always tell you plainly which is which.

Loose leaf or teabags — what's the difference?

Same tea, different formats. Loose leaf gives you more control over strength and reuse; our teabags are made from paper, not plastic, so either way you're not steeping in plastic.

How should I store my tea?

Keep it in its tin or a sealed container, away from direct light and heat. Tea is a plant — it fades over time, so we recommend using it within a year of opening for the best flavour.
